1. Introduction
Breakout Squad ("the Game") is a free, single-player mobile game developed and published by DTA Craft. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparent, minimal data handling.
2. Offline Gameplay
Breakout Squad is designed to be played offline. You do not need to create an account or sign in to play.
An internet connection may be used only for functions outside core gameplay, such as displaying ads or processing in-app purchases, as described below.
3. Information We Collect
DTA Craft does not directly collect, store, or transmit personal data through Breakout Squad.
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, physical addresses, or phone numbers
- Precise location data
- Contacts or photos
- Payment card or banking information
The Game does not require a user account. Third-party services used by the Game (advertising and billing, described in Sections 5 and 6) may independently collect limited technical data, such as advertising identifiers, under their own privacy policies.
4. Local Game Data
Gameplay progress, settings, unlocked content, and purchase entitlement status are stored locally on your device.
This data is not sent to DTA Craft's servers. It can be removed by uninstalling the Game or clearing app data on your device.
5. Advertising
Breakout Squad is free to play and supported by advertisements shown through third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob).
These ad networks may collect and use information such as advertising identifiers, device information, and general usage data to serve and measure ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Depending on your device and region, you may be able to limit ad personalization through your device's advertising settings.
6. In-App Purchases and Google Play
The Game offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play Billing (for example, to remove ads or unlock additional content).
Google Play may process purchase and transaction information according to Google's own privacy policies.
DTA Craft does not receive or store your payment card or banking details.
Purchase verification and entitlement information is used only to provide purchased game content.
7. Third-Party Services
Breakout Squad uses the following categories of third-party services:
- Advertising networks, to display ads
- Google Play Billing, to process in-app purchases
The Game does not use any other analytics SDKs, account systems, or cloud storage beyond what is required by these services.
8. Children's Privacy
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because Breakout Squad displays ads through third-party networks, distribution platforms such as Google Play may apply their own policies regarding child-directed applications and ad content.
9. Data Security and Retention
Because DTA Craft does not directly collect personal data through the Game, there is no developer-held personal-data retention database for Breakout Squad users.
Local game data remains on your device until removed by you, for example by uninstalling the Game or clearing app data.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if game features or data practices change. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
