The core idea
BlastFuse: Bomb Arena is a grid-based action game where bombs are both your main weapon and a self-created spatial hazard.
Bombs create both opportunity and danger. Every placement changes your available space, your possible routes, and your exposure to enemies.

The core loop
Every level follows the same loop:
- Read the arena.
- Choose a route.
- Place a bomb.
- Escape or exploit the blast.
- Destroy obstacles or enemies.
- Complete the objective.
- Progress.
What to keep in mind
Readable grid action
Take a moment to identify obstacles, threats, blast zones, and escape routes before you commit.
Your bombs can hurt you
Your main weapon can also trap or damage you. Always know where you will stand when the bomb goes off.
Space is a resource
Movement space is constantly opened, blocked, or contested. Crates block a path until you blow them up, and breaking one is a choice, not an accident. Fire tiles block movement for both you and enemies.
Short sessions
Levels are compact, objectives are direct, and retries are quick.
Objectives: keys, gates, and portals
Some levels have an exit key you must find before the level lets you out, as the in-game hint puts it: find the key before opening the gate. Exit keys tie your movement to a clear goal. Version 1.0.5 added a Portal mechanic alongside exit key validation.
Worlds and modes
- Campaign worlds: the campaign has three worlds with 20 levels each, including the Frost and Space worlds. Use the World Select screen to choose your world before a run.
- Adventure mode: you can choose a difficulty when entering Adventure mode.
- Random Arena: larger maps and more chaotic battle setups.
Between runs, the Forge, equipment, abilities, and skill points let you change how you approach the same grid. See Player stats and systems for details.
